Mostly because i have none. If you don't have tact you often end up with your foot in your mouth, usually by asking all kinds of inaproppriate questions that you didn't know were inaproppriate. Also i'm pretty sure i wouldn't lose so many friends if i had some tact....
It's not. It's useful, but not important. Sometimes it's just a mask.
