Me? Dance??

i love dancing. This is a new discovery of mine. i've never really danced much (except for in my room with the door shut), so i didn't know if i was any good. Like any normal girl, i'm scared to try something new in front of people. So i simply never danced. Until a few nights ago. One of my best friends talked me into dancing with him. You know what? Dancing is fun! Once i learned the pattern it wasn't that hard. And i was asked by guys :o For a girl like me that's a big deal. The first one was the Gothic dance. i'd never done that one before so my friend was whispering instructions to me... " Four steps back, under, turn..." The next was Applesauce. That one is fun! Its a double circle, boys on the inside. The girls walk past till the caller says to catch a girl. They do a set together and then its on to the next guy, but you never know who it'll be. i danced with the same guy three times!! And it was the guy that originally asked me, so that was pretty funny. i danced two more times, and both were just as fun.
It was an incredible experience, and i can't wait for the next dance!
